pink/red highlighter

yellow highlighter

blue highlighter

Step 1:

Take your pink or red highlighter and press it to one of the edges of the yellow highlighter letting the color soak in.

Step 2:

Now take your blue highlighter and press it to the opposite side of the yellow highlighter letting it soak in and leave space for the yellow in the middle.

Step 3:

Now enjoy your cute added color to those notes.
