Introduction: Rainbow Inspired Earrings
After rain clouds fill the sky, there's a rare chance a rainbow shall appear. This phenomenon invokes emotions like wonder and hope. These emotions inspired this design to bring a new take on a gift from nature.
Step 1: Materials
Assortment of fuse beads for each color of the rainbow
Circle or flower pegboard
2 jump rings
2 earring hooks
Iron
Ironing board
Ironing paper
Tweezers
Flat surface
Round nose pliers
Circle or flower pegboard

Step 2: Set Up
From the center of the pegboard skip the first and second row.
Step 3: First Row
On the third row, use tweezers to place fuse beads in this order.

1 red
8 yellow
1 red
2 orange
1 red

Step 4: Second Row
In the next row, start at the second orange. Put the beads in the following order.
4 yellow
1 red
3 green
3 blue
3 orange
3 yellow
4 yellow
1 red
3 green
3 blue
3 orange
3 yellow
Step 5: Last Row
In the last row, star above the red bead in the second row. Place in this order.

Step 6: Iron Prep
Set up the ironing board, turn iron on between 4 and 5 (turn steam off). Gently place pegboard on ironing board.
Step 7: Iron
Put ironing paper on pegboard. Press iron on the pegboard. Begin moving the iron in a circular motion. After 30 seconds, lift iron. If beads fused stop. If not, iron for 5-10 seconds.
Step 8: Lift and Flip
Lift ironing paper off beads. Remove beads from pegboard. Flip circle over. Repeat step 8 and 9.
Step 9: Second Circle
As the first ring cools repeat steps 1-9.
Step 10: Jump Ring
Use pliers to open jump rings. Insert jump ring through a bead. If inserting is difficult, use pliers to widen the bead.
Step 11: Earring Hook
Slip earring hook to the jump ring. Use pliers to close jump ring.
Step 12: Repeat
Repeat step 11 and 12 for the other circle.
