Rainbow color card stock paper

Glue, scoring board,cutting knife, foam adhesive,card base of your choice

How to.

1. draw the cup cake shape on card stock paper

2.cut and glue the card stocks out side of the shape ( see the picture to get an idea)

3. stick the foam adhesives

4. finally write with ink marker.
