Introduction: Rasberrie and White Chocolate Muffins
Easy Yummy and Fun!
Step 1: Ingredients
1/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup plan flour
1/4 milk
1 cup raspberries
1/4 cup white choc
Step 2: Prep
Preheat your oven to 180c.
Step 3: Cream
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs 1 at a time.
Step 4: Beat
Beat in vanilla, baking powder and salt. Fold in half of the flour then half of the milk (repeat).
Step 5: Fold
Fold in Chocolate and raspberries.
Step 6: Cook
Cook the muffins for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7: Icing
Half a cup of icing sugar, three tsp cocoa, and a tbsp of hot water. Mix until chocolate brown, and firm.
Step 8: Decorate
Decorate of your choice!
Step 9: Enjoy!
