Step 1: Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Rava/sooji/semolina 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup

Ghee ¼ cup

Milk(optional) 1 tblsp

Elachi/cardamom 1 no.

Cashew nuts 8 nos.

Step 2: Roast and Powder

Heat a pan and add the rava and roast rava in low flame. To prevent burning, keep stiring continuously.

Powder the sugar and roasted Rava. You can powder them separately or together. I did it together to save time.

Step 3: Fry

Fry broken cashews and raisins in ghee. The raisins should swell up and cashews should turn light brown.

Step 4: Mix

Add the rava sugar mix to the ghee with cashews. Sprinkle the milk and mix thoroughly. Bring the entire mix together.

Step 5: Roll to Balls

Make small balls out of this mixture immediately. Roll it tight.

Note: If you cannot roll and the mixture is too dry, sprinkle more milk or add more warm ghee to it and make balls again.
