Recycled Track Coffee Table

Last fall our indoor track was resurfaced and after the workers finished tearing up the old surface we discreetly acquired a few large pieces of it. Introduce a $15 thrift shop coffee table and some plywood... outcomes new life for both the table and the track.

Construction is fairly straight-forward; sheet of plywood underneath with two square insets to bring the level up so the surface would be even after the rubber was glued on top. Hope this will inspire some other cool projects.
