I had a solar charger, but then it broke so I stripped down the parts. I had two solar panels but the wires were stripped off. I used some extra wire and I soldered them to the panel

Solder the positive wire end to the positive notch on the panel. Do the same with the negative wire. Then put electrical tape over the soldered ends. There you are done!
