Repairing/ Salvaging Leather Panniers

After the accident I got my panniers back in not too good a shape, so I repaired them and thought its a shame not to use them :D

So after thinking about it, I came to the conclusion that they would be a brilliant addition to my trailer. Adding loads more carrying capacity and look good too!

So here is what I did!
