Introduction: Replacement Radio for Prowler Camper Trailer

About: I am a teacher who enjoys environmentally responsible woodworking. Most evenings will find me in the shop working with my now 8 year old son Shay who is both my greatest helper and biggest fan.
The old one was toast after 20 years of use.  Few of the buttons worked reliably, you had to pry the cassette deck open...it HAD a cassette deck...  What makes camper radios a little different than a car is they use a front and rear zone (just use the radio fader to set this) and they lack any ignition switch.  I added a switch of my own for simplicity faking the radio into thinking it was the keyed ignition.  You don't want to switch all the power because it will force the radio into demo mode.  I hate demo mode.
