Introduction: Restraining a Person
Ever found yourself ordered to tie up that nasty hero and then you realize hey i never learned how to effectively tie someone up. You then end up just wrapping the rope around him and using overhand knots. He escapes and guess who just lost their job.
Step 1: Making Your Handcuffs
Their are many ways to tie someone up and this is my method if you have a better one post it I want to see it.
First you will need a rope. I advise against using a anything that can't hold the below shape.
Step 2: Tieing the Knot
Here is where we will actually start. Begin by taking your rope and make three to four loops in it.
Step 3: Next
You now have the loops in the middle and the two ends coming off. Take the ends bend them and then put them through the loops and tighten down the loops. the picture only shows whats happening on one side you must do the same with the other.
Step 4: Almost Done
The bends that you made are the cuffs. When you secure the victim put their hands behind their back and put the two bends around their wrists. Now after you have done this pull the two loose ends. If the bends don't tighten around the wrists something went wrong. Now that the bends are tight around the wrists take the two loose ends and tie a square knot as close to the cuffs and as tight as you can so that the can't just loosen the loops. Your done!! You may want to get rid of the long ends that are probably hanging down or you can leave them there so that the victim thinks they can do something with them when they can't.
This same thing can be used on the legs as well so that they can't use there arms and legs. If you do this I find it amusing to stick grass in there ear and watch them squirm.
