Introduction: Rice and Semolina Cookies

This cookie made of below ingredients

Rice flour 1/2 cup

Semolina 1/2 cup

Sugar 1/4 cup

Milk 1/2 cup

Desiccated coconut 3 table spoons

Coffee powder 1/2 table spoons

Butter or margarine 4 table spoons

Spinach extract 3 table spoons (Optional)

Step 1: Make a Dough

Roast Semolina and rice flour separately under low heat around for 5 minutes until it gives nice smell. Keep stirring otherwise it will become over roasted.

Then add butter and sugar in to a bowl mix well and first and then add Semolina
and rice flour, coffee powder, coconut and milk and mix them well. Then you can add Spinach extract according to your taste. This step is optional.

Step 2: Bake Cookies

Then cut cookies in any shape as you wish. Then put cashew in the middle of
the cookie.

Then bake it on the a oven in 180°C for 10 minutes and then add some sugar syrup after cookies get cool.
