Introduction: Rock Monsters
Rocks! Rocks can be
found anywhere; you can find them outside or at a craft store. These monsters can be made easily only with a few things.
What do we need?
Rocks, obviously. Look for smooth rocks, besides outside, you can also find them at a craft store or the dollar store.
Googly eyes
Acrylic paint/enamel paint or nail polish
Mod-podge or clear varnish
Paint brushes, Have a variety of brush sizes available.
Step 1: Rinse
Rinse your rocks with water and soap first and then set them out to dry.
Step 2: Paint
Apply 2-3 coats of paint, letting each coat dry completely before another is applied.
Step 3: Time for the Eyes :)
Size of the eyes and placing of the eyes is up to you, it depends on the shape of the rock and the size of the rock. Since they are monsters you could have only one eye or two, three, four or as much as you want. You could use some hot glue or ordinary white glue to paste them in place.
Draw the mouth and paint teeth :D
Step 4: Done!!!!
Cover your finished rocks with mod-podge or clear varnish to help protect them and last long.
