Pic 2: Aluminum snips(Recomended) Scissors will work.
Pic 3: Some kind of pliers.

This confuses me. You've pictured the Enterprise-ish model and the Klingon Bird-of-prey-ish models, but I don't see an actual build for the Romulan warbird.
