Step 1: What You Need

You will need a cheap pen, tape (any kind), A rubber band and a close pin

Step 2: The Body

Put the close pin on the pen like shown

Step 3: Sucureing the Close Pin

You have to tape the close pin like this

Step 4: Shoting It

Pull the band back like in the picture and push the close pin
