Step 2: Take Two More Rubber Bands and Laid Them on Your Finger

Step 3: And a Pencil in Between the Rubber Bands . Takes the Top Rubber Band and Wrapping Around the Top

Step 4: Repeat Steps Three Until You Have Desired Length

Step 5: Wrap the Bottom Two at the Top
