Step 1: MIX

1 Large Egg

2tbsp Light Brown Sugar

2tbsp Caster Sugar

3tbsp Butter (Melted)

1tbsp Vegetable Oil

4tbsp Milk

1/4tsp Vanilla Extract

4tbsp Self Raising Flour

2tbsp Cocoa Powder

2 Pieces of Milk or Dark Chocolate

1tbsp Milk Chocolate Chunks

Whisk the egg and sugar together before adding in the melted butter, milk, oil and vanilla. Sieve the flour and cocoa powder into a separate bowl and pour the wet ingredients on top. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a large mug. Place the pieces of chocolate into the batter and allow to sink to the bottom of the mug. Top with the milk chocolate chunks and microwave for 1 minutes and 10 seconds.

Step 2: ENJOY
