11 year old Lucian shows his invention-- Sacheli's Sloppy Joe Pockets using his family's ketchup and mustard.  If Sacheli's products are not available in your area substitue with your favorite ketchup and mustard and add 2 Tablespoons hot sauce.

I wanted to give you a tip. When I make sloppy joe pockets for my family (I make the pocket dough from scratch) I let it bake for about 10-12 minutes and then I add a butter sauce over the top (which is melted butter and herbs) and put it back in the over for a few more minutes until the crust is golden brown. My wife and kids love it. If you make your own dough, add herbs to it, you will be amazed how much better it tastes.
