STEP 2: To the Pan!
Preheat the pan to medium heat , and cover with non stick spray.
Place the grated cheese measure in the pan.
Try to spread the cheese evenly to get it to be as round as possible.
Let it melt a until the strands of cheese form one unit.
Let it on the pan until its starts to brown a little.
STEP 3: Take It Out
Once you have its brown enough you can take it out.
If you leave to long it will brake.
You might have to make several tests until you get to the perfect cooking time.
STEP 4: Molding
While its hot, transfer it to a parchment paper covered glass.
You can mold it by hand, or using the second bigger glass.
Just be careful, cause its hot.
STEP 5: Filling
Once the baskets are cool you can fill it up.
In this case we used salad.
If you use pasta, serve the hot pasta into the cool basket.

lol... I knew I'd seen more of your work! Something was screwy last night because this Salad was "here" in the Challenge, but it didn't show up under your profile for some reason.
5 Stars... one of my votes... and saved to my Favs!!!
