Introduction: Satilite Charger
satilite charger
This is my first instructable,it's not very good but it was fun to make if you were 10-12. Also it's made out of things from around my house, I didn't even go to the store to get these material.
Step 1: The Materials
- Five toilet paper rolls or 3 toilet paper rolls and 1 kitchen paper roll
- White, grey and blue acrilyc paints
- Foam board (optional)
- Cardboard
- A small charger
- Duct tape or clear tape
- Hot glue
- Scissors
- Paint brush
- Pen
Step 2: Making the Shape of It
First squish the 2 of the toilet paper rolls and cut the top of them so they look a tiny bit rounded as shown in the first picture. Then get the other 2 toilet paper rolls an duct tape them together as shown in second picture. Then hot glue the 2 small rolls to the big one and don't glue it on completly flat make it a bit thick. Also hot glue th ends of the toilet paper and then cut the sides straight and then hot glue those top and bottom ends on both sides.
Step 3: Fitting the Charger
Slide the charger in the toilet paper roll and then mark with a penthen cut it out, there should be about half a centimeter space at the top as shown on picture 2.The charger that you want to you'se should be a small and two battery. My charger is bulgarian charger but you can you any charger with different plug in.
Step 4:
First cut a rectangular hole so you put the batterys in.Then cut four square pieces of the foam board and 2 circles out of the carboard also from another toilet paper roll cut a bigger rectangular shaps we have a door. NOW IT'S TIME FOR PAINTING!!!!!!!!!!!!You can paint however you want but first do the main colour and then after it dry's put the detail.
Step 5: The Last Step
Then once everything is dry hot, glue the solar panels to the 2 wings and hot glue the bottom bit but not the top because otherwise you won't be able to get it out just lay it on top.Tape the door to the Satellite and you're done!
