Introduction: Scrambled Egg Pasta

I love cooking pasta. But my son and husband doesn't like adding any white sauce or tomato pasta sauce in it . Coz they are spice lovers . So I made this recipe which is healthy and easy to cook, with some spices and scrambled eggs . This is an easy dish with some spicy touch for this cold weather. Below are the ingredients and steps to make this dish . I hope you would love to try this new fusion taste of SCRAMBLED EGG PASTA and enjoy it. Reviews and comments are most welcome
Step 1: Ingredients:
Ronzoin shell pasta - 1/4 box or 150g
Onion - 1 (medium size chopped )
Tomato - 1/2 (medium size)
Carrot - 1/2 cup chopped
Beans - 1/3 cup chopped
spring onions chopped
Eggs - 2
Green chilly - 1 (small)
Ginger & Garlic paste - 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato sauce - 2 Tbsp
Soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Curry powder - 2 Tbsp (available @ any Indian groceries store )
Salt
Oil
Step 2:
Boil the water and add the shell pasta into it to cook .
Then pour it in the strainer for the water to drain .
Keep the pasta aside .
Now take a pan and heat it.
Add 3Tbsp of oil . Then add chopped onions and tomatoes . Stir fry .
Now add 1 green chill . Saute it well until onion and tomato are cooked .
Next add ginger and garlic paste and saute it .
Step 3:
Next add turmeric powder, curry masala powder (available at all Indian grocery stores), salt and tomato sauce as mentioned in the ingredients and saute well .
Now add 1/2 tbsp pf soy sauce and stir. Add 1/4 cup of water so that it doesn't dry out .
Step 4:
Mean while take another small pan heat it and add 1 spoon of oil.
Next break 2 eggs into the pan.
Now add salt , pepper and scramble it until cooked .
Keep this scrambled egg aside.
Step 5:
Now add the boiled pasta and scrambled egg with the masala in the pan.
Mix it well in low flame until the masala and pasta are blended well.
Step 6:
After mixing it well, the dish is done.
Now take a plate and serve it with some spring onion on it.
Note : You can also sprinkle some cheese on it while serving for kids and cheese lovers.
Its one of the best dish when having it hot , in this cold weather .
