ATube is a freeware that is used mostly for capturing Youtube videos. But it has lots of additional functionality including splitting the sound out of a video, changing video format, and--my favorite--recording (capturing) a computer screen. Screen capture is useful for showing someone (via video) how to use a particular software on the computer. This video uses aTube to show how to use aTube. I opened one instance of aTube and highlighted the area to be recorded (the whole screen in this case), then opened another instance of aTube and recorded myself making a Photoshop image to be used as the background in a green screen video clip. 
Short and sweet, and hopefully helpful.

Este video mostra como usar o software aTube (que é grátis para baixar) para gravar a tela de um PC. É simples de usar e muito útil se quiser gravar um video de como fazer alguma coisa no PC. Aqui eu estou usando o aTube para gravar este tutorial de como usar aTube (isto é, tive que abrir o aTube duas vezes para gravar este video).
