You need
rope 
can 
sea shells
sticks
strong glue (I use UHU)

Step 1: Stick the Stick

use your strong glue to stick your stick

Step 2:

attach a rope at the top of the can
until it covers half of the stick

Step 3:

Now, stick the sea shells on the ropes
done !    it can be your last minute gift
