Secret Eos Lip Balm Container

Eos is a really cool lip balm in a cute ball shaped container. But once you use all of it, what use does it have? You can use your eos container to hold tiny items by cleaning it out. I'm going to show you how.

Step 1: Supplies

- An eos container with not much lip balm inside. You should be able to see the plastic supporter that looks like a circle with spokes.

- Wire Cutter or Cutting blade

OPTIONAL for decorating

-Sharpies

-nail polish

-glitter glue

Step 2: Clipping the Plastic Supporter and Cleaning the Inside

First, use the wire cutters or cutting blade and clip each side of the plastic supporter. The blade is very sharp,so be careful. Once you clip all of the sides, it should come off easily. You can toss away the extra lip balm on the bottom of the container. Then wash out the eos container. Wipe it with a paper towel and set it to dry.

Step 3: Done!

You are now done cleaning out your eos container! Use this to stash extra money, candy, or refill it with your own lip balm/lip gloss.

Step 4: Extra: Decorating the Eos Lip Balm Ball

Think your container looks plain and dull? You can use glitter glue, Sharpies, or nail polish to decorate your eos container however you like!

Great idea! Now I can recycle my daughters old lip balm containers and use it to hold my assortment of small nuts & bolts in my tool box. Very clear & easy step by step instructions...even my 8 year old wanted to make one. Now if i can only get some more empty eos containers....Thanks!
