Introduction: Semolina Fudge

In this Instructable I am sharing very delicious Semolina Fudge. It is popular Asian sweet. This recipe is very easy to prepare as it does not have too many ingredients.

Step 1: Ingredients

Semolina : 2 cups

Sugar : 1 cup

Water : 1 cup

Oil : 1/3 cup

Cardamom powder : 2 pinches

Chopped Coconut,Almonds,Pistachio : 2 tbsp

Step 2: Sugar Syrup

Take a sauce pan. Add sugar and water and cardamom in it. On medium flame stir until sugar is dissolved and a slightly thick syrup is formed.

Step 3: Dry Roast

Dry roast semolina in pan for almost 3 to 4 minutes on medium to low flame until it slightly changes its color.

Step 4: Adding Oil

Add oil in semolina and stir it for 4 to 5 minutes. Its optional but at this point you can add nuts.

Step 5: Adding Syrup

Add the prepared sugar syrup to semolina. Cook until it leaves sides of pot.

Step 6: Greasing

Grease a tray with oil and pour Semolina in it and allow it to cool. After an hour you can cut in to any shape and size of your choice.

Step 7: Final Touch

You can garnish Semolina Fudge pieces with chopped Almonds, Pistachios and Coconut but if you don't like that way or you are allergic to nuts your can serve without them.
