Introduction: Sesame Chicken

In this instructable, I will show you how to make sesame chicken.

Step 1: Ingredients

For this recipe, you will need:

1 1/2 lbs boneless chicken breast

1/4 c cornstarch

3 tbsp bbq sauce

1 green onion, sliced

3 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp water

3/4 c fresh squeeze orange juice

1/4 c soy sauce

1/2 tbsp sesame seeds

Step 2: Prep the Chicken

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3: In a Large Bowl

Combine the corn starch, soy sauce and water.

Step 4: Bring the Chicken In..

Add the chicken to the mixture and stir until all pieces are coated. Place to the side and let them marinate for 10 minutes.

Step 5: Bring Another Bowl In..

In a separate bowl, mix the bbq sauce, orange juice and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil together.

Step 6: Get Out That Skillet Now.

Heat the remaining 2 tbsp of vegetable on medium high heat.

Using a slotted spoon, add the chicken to the skillet.

Cook the chicken for about 7 minutes, browning both sides and making sure it's cooked throughout.

Step 7: Saucy!

Pour the orange sauce into the skillet and continue to cook for about 5 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

Step 8: Enjoy!

Add over rice or noodles, garnish with sesame seeds and the green onions and enjoy!
