Shrimp Deviled Eggs!
Um, these are good.
Obviously, if you like deviled eggs...and shrimp...these are a winner!

STEP 1: Ingredients and Directions
Here's what you'll need:
12 boiled eggs
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1 teaspoon SMOKED paprika
1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 cup chopped up Bread and Butter Pickles
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 or 2 chopped green onions
24 medium cooked shrimp
Carefully peel the eggs...I hate this part. (know any tricks?)
Remove the yolks and put them with the dressing and paprika.
Mix, mash and blend with a fork.
Add the pickles and onions...
Mix it up.
You'll notice it's much too thick and chunky to try to pipe from a bag...
It's like a yummy egg salad!

STEP 2: Scoop, Top, Sprinkle and Enjoy!
Just use a spoon to refill those egg white halves...
Add a shrimp on top.
And sprinkle with a little more smoked paprika!
Enjoy!

Love shrimp, love deviled eggs... little nervous about what the combo will taste like on my palette but hey, why not??? Quick question..... I love smoked stuff however, I do not have that on stock. Would regular paprika suffice? Eager to try these tonight! Next time I go shopping, I will search for smoked paprika... never knew they made it and curious as to what the taste difference is... Gorgeous presentation and very intriguing recipe. Thank you for sharing! Looks like a 10 so I've gotta try this!

The pickles are two different types...
...B&B are sliced & Gherkins are a lil whole sweet pickle.
...as for the Whip Being Mayo?

...nope, I'm English, don't think we have that here.
We call them sliced gherkins, don't have a special name for them. Just gherkins.
