Introduction: Easy Shrimp Tacos

Okay, if you must eat tacos and you want it done quick but tasty, try these shrimp tacos.
You Need:
16-20 large shrimps, thawed and deveined
2 tps olive oil
2 tps butter
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 onion minced
1 tbs cilantro minced
2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lime sliced
1 tomato diced
1 cup shredded cheese
taco shells (or corn tortillas)

Step 1: Steps for Making Shrimp Tacos
1. In large sauté pan add oil, butter, garlic, and onion and sauté until soft at medium high heat.
2. Reduce heat to medium and add shrimp, salt, pepper, cilantro, and juice squeezed from 1-2 slices of lime. Cook until shrimp is done and remove quickly from stove top. (This prevents the shrimp from continuing to cook and getting rubbery.)
3. Warm taco shells in oven if desire. Assemble tacos with shrimp, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Enjoy!
