Intro: Simple LED Flasher Circuit With IRFZ44N MOSFET

Introduction:

This is a small-sized LED flasher Circuit build with IRFZ44N MOSFET and a Multi-color LED. The IRFZ44N is an N-Channel Enhancement type MOSFET thereto can Deliver high Output for easy LED Flasher Circuit. This Circuit also works with other MOSFETs also. that's just about it and you'll use the Circuit for Flashing Your Bike Light. I will be able to thank Utsource for sponsoring.

How does the IRFZ44N LED Flasher Circuit work?

  • This is an easy circuit supported RGB LED Color Change.
  • The RGB LED D1 and therefore the Resistor R1 make a potential divider.
  • When the LED Changes the color then the potential divider middle point makes a sudden change in voltage. Then this sudden change Triggers the MOSFET’s, GATE Pin. Whenever the MOSFET’s GATE PIN is triggered then the MOSFET became conductive.
  • As a result, Current flows from Dran to Source and therefore the LOAD which is connected with the MOSFET are going to be powered.
  • The Triggering process lasts for a brief time. And multiple triggering happens during this case. due to multiple triggering,
  • The MOSFET is going to be conducive for multiple times. as a result, The LED flashes by a fraction of your time.

STEP 1: Schematics of the Circuit

Bend the IRFZ44N Pins and tin the wires.

STEP 2:

Bend the IRFZ44N Pins and tin the wires.

STEP 3:

Connect a Multicolor LED with the IRFZ44N MOSFET. check that that LED +ve is connected with MOSFET’s GATE Pin. and Connect the LED -ve with the SOURCE Pin of the MOSFET. The Multicolor LED will trigger the Transistor.

STEP 4:

For the Load, I'm employing a 10W LED. you've got to attach the LED -ve with the DRAIN Pin of the MOSFET.

STEP 5:

Now connect a 4.7k Rsisitor’s one end with Load’s (Here it's a 10W LED) +ve and other END with MOSFET’s GATE Pin. The resistor and therefore the LED form a potential divider.

STEP 6:

Use any 12V Power supply for powering the Circuit. Here the LOAD’s +ve is Vcc or +ve (Here it's a 10W LED) and therefore the MOSFET’s SOURCE are going to be the -ve or GND. After giving the facility you'll see the LED is Flashing. So, the Circuit works.

Conclusion:

All in all, we will say that there's numerous Application of LED Strip Dimmer. you'll make 100W Dimmer circuit, Motor Speed Controller with this board. The components are so cheap and may be found from Utsource and also in local shops. an equivalent sort of security protection is often arranged with Microcontrollers like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PIC ICs, and lots of other controllers. But they aren't cheap. So, this is often an easily led dimmer with minimal components.

First, this LED is not multi-color LED. Second, I am not sure if it will work as described.
If you are instructing people how to do this it is a standard in all electronics to explain how this works . Go into detail as to whats happening and why .Otherwise it is assumed you don't know why it works and have just copied someone else's work.
Thats excellent. Now to study it and put it to use for me.Thanks
I see you have removed my comment anyway .
This statement

Does not make sense with the LED you link to . It is green and does not change colour?
