Awesome. I hadn't heard of the isokinetic squeeze before, but it makes sense. Like doing the dumbbell fly or cable crossovers, only without all that pesky equipment. Thanks for sharing. (And a million imaginary bonus points for being able to explain while in the midst of doing the pushups. A lesser man might've had someone else do the workout while he did the talking.)
