Intro: Simple Sand Clock!!!!!!

An simple and a easy sand clock, make it at your home!!!

STEP 1: Materials Needed....

I guess you can find them all: 2 similar bottles, something to make a hole in the cap, sand, a small plastic funnel, quick glue and tape.

STEP 2: Making the Holes...

Make a clean smooth hole in both of the bottle's cap.

STEP 3: Glue Them Together, Carefully!

Glue the caps together.

STEP 4: Making It Smoother.....

Cut a piece of the funnel and insert in the hole. Must be presice

STEP 5: Pour All Your Sand Into a Bottle Such That It Fills Half of It.

Carefully use the remaining funnel or a new one to pour the sand in the bottle

STEP 6: Connect the Connected Caps to the Bottles. Also Tape Them to the Bottle for Extra Support.

attach the caps. Tape them with care for extra support.

STEP 7: VOILA, You Are Done!!!!!!

Calculate your time and Enjoy your clock!!!

You can add glitter to the sand. I used red sand and gold glitter for the sand clock used by the Wicked Witch of the West at an Oz-themed event. That one used 2-liter bottles ... I also used precut wood rounds and dowels (wish I had used banister rails) spray painted gold to surround the bottles to make it look more like an hour glass.
