Intro: Simple and Cheap DJ Laptop Shelf

I wanted a simple shelf for my laptop for DJ:ing use.

This isn't a very advanced instructable, but I thought I would share it as I already had taken pictures.

STEP 1: Buy a Cheap Shoe Rack!

I got my rack from "Bolagret" (similar to IKEA) for 199 SEK (around $25 when I'm writing this).

STEP 2: Measure!

Measure how wide you want your shelves and cut them.

STEP 3: Drill!

Pre drill holes so the wood does not crack when you insert the screws.

STEP 4: Assemble!

Screw the shelves in place!

STEP 5: Use!

I cut the bottom part of the legs off to get it a bit lower and more ergonomic for me. Another perk is that it is now possible to let it hang off the edge of the back of table giving me a little more space.

puuhh.... das geht natürlich für den absoluten Notfall, aber ich finde das nicht schön. An den Mixer kommt man vermutlich auch nicht richtig ran, obwohl er schon so weit nach vorne gezogen wurde, dass er fast kippt. Da steht maschinen drauf für ungefähr 3000,- Euro. Da würde ich besser direkt was professionelles kaufen. Kostet ja auch nicht die Welt: https://www.recordcase.de/dj-tische/ und dann passt das auch besser zusammen. Du würdest ja Deinen Porsche auch nicht in einer Wellblechgarage parken, oder?

Das mit dem Plattenregal unten ist sicher recht praktisch. Aber alles in allem.... hmmm. nicht mein Ding.
