Quick and Simply Seasoned Omelette

Step 1: Ingredients

For a basis omelette all you will need is...
2 eggs
pepper
and salt

Step 2: Mixing Your Omelette

First crack your eggs on a flat surface. If you crack it on your bowl you may get pieces of shell inside and you don't want that. After beat your eggs using your whisk for about five minutes. Finally sprinkle in about a half tsp of ground black pepper

Step 3: Prepare Your Omelette

Turn on your stove to medium and then pour your mixture on to the skillet. after it starts to bubble add a half tsp of salt. Wait another 30 seconds and then fold your omelette.In another 30 seconds flip your omelette again

Step 4: Enjoy!
