Sirius Radio (DIY) Portable Mount

I like to have satellite radio on the boat but I didn't want to have it permanently installed.  I came across an old xm2go unit in a consignment shop for $25 and then built a portable carrier for it.  (These old units are all over eBay and can be located pretty cheaply)  

This project is nothing complicated and was built pretty much with scrap wood in a couple hours.
