Introduction: Slide and Lock Loop

This easy to tie knot makes a nice lanyard or zipper pull.

Step 1:

Bring working end (WE) to the left over standing end.

Step 2:

Bring WE under standing end.

Step 3:

Bring WE up through the loop.

Step 4:

Bring WE down through the loop going under, over, under the three strands.

Step 5:

Tighten the knot so it still lies flat.

Step 6:

Adjust the size of the loop by pulling on A or a.

Lock loop in place by pulling on B and b.

Tighten.
