In this instructable, I made a small cabin out of clay. I also painted it.

Supplies

You will need, clay and the following colors of paint, brown, white, silver, and black.

Step 1: Cube and Roof

For the first step, make a small cube out of clay. Then, put a small rectangle in the middle for the door, Next, flatten out two small pieces of clay to make the roof.

Step 2: Chimney and Logs

Now put a small cylinder on the top of the roof for the chimney. Next, outline all of the corners (the roof too) with long strips of clay. Also line the inside of the corners as well to give it a log-like look.

Step 3: Base

Make a very flat square for the base (or ground). poke small indents into the clay for a snow-like look. Next, put a small border where you want the cabin to go. This is so that it does not slide around and fall. (Optional) If you want to you can make a small cylinder and make a small axe-shaped piece of clay to stick into the cylinder. this is to make it look like a log with an axe stuck in it.

Step 4: Cook

Make sure everything is securely placed and cook the clay until it is hard. The instructions should be on the bag of clay.

Step 5: Paint

Now, paint the whole cabin brown. then make the edge logs black. Paint the log ( with the axe in it) brown. paint the axe head silver. Paint the axe handle black. Finally dry paint the base ( ground) with silver paint.
