Supplies

You don’t need any supplies except for a computer, tablet, or phone, to play my game!

Step 1: Go to Snake V2.0 on Scratch

Step 2: How to Play

Press the green flag to start the project running. The object of the game is to eat the fruits without dying to increase your score. There are two ways you can die : Your head hitting the walls, or you head hitting a part of your tail. Each time you eat a fruit, your tail length increases by 1 block, making the game difficulty slowly increase. There are three types of fruit that can spawn.

The humble apple. It gives you one point and is the most common fruit
The watermelon. It gives you 10 points and makes you immune for 20 seconds. When you are immune, you change colors and you can’t die from running into yourself. You can see how much time you have left while being immune by looking at the timer in the top right.
The golden apple is the rarest fruit in the game. If you eat it, you will get 100 points, helping your score rocket.

The controls for the game are the arrow keys. Press up to go up, left to turn left, etc. Press space to pause the game, and when you press space again, you can unpause the game. When you are paused, the invincible timer will stop.

To see your score, look in the top left corner. The number on the left is your score in-game. The number in the middle is your high score. Finally, the score on the left is the high score for the world.
