Intro: Soft-Baked Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies

This classic American treat will have your mouth watering. What's better than having a glass of milk and chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven. Each bite is filled with warm chocolate and sweetness. This recipe is so easy and quick you'll have warm cookies ready to eat in 15-20 minutes! You will only need less than 10 ingredients. This recipe makes 2 dozen cookies (24 cookies).

STEP 1: Ingredients

- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour

- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda

- 2/3 cup butter, softened

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 tablespoons and 2 teaspoons white sugar

- 5/8 (3.4 ounce) package of instant vanilla pudding mix

- 1-1/4 eggs

- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1-1/3 cups semisweet chocolate chips

STEP 2: Things You Need

- Large mixing bowl

- Mixer - Cooking sheet (1-2)

- Spatula

- Cooling rack

- Non stick spray (or shortening)

STEP 3: Mixing

Get your ingredients with correct measurements and put them in a mixing bowl, leaving out the chocolate chips. Mix the ingredients together and halfway through mixing add the chocolate chips. Keep mixing until the lumps are gone. (Not including the chocolate chips. Those can stay in big chunks)

STEP 4: Baking

Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175℃). Divide the cookies up into 24 balls and place them onto a greased cookie sheet. (You might need 2.) Put the cookies into the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes. The edges of the cookies should be golden brown. When the cookies are done take them out and place on a cooling rack with a spatula.

STEP 5: Eat!

You're cookies are now done! Enjoy!
