This "How to Video" explains the StencilMask(TM) repair process in which solder mask is repaired very quickly. After cleaning up the area, the stencil is aligned and placed over the damaged area. Solder mask is then squeegeed through the apertures of the stencil and then the mask is cured (UV or thermal cure). The stencil is the removed from the board, the board is cleaned and now the mask has been repaired. The repair area is taken from the GERBER files. It has taken some mask repairs from 2 hours down to 10 minutes.
