Solid State Air Conditioner with Old Bitcoin Hardware

Step 1: Parts

Parts from Old Bitcoin Hardware:

2x - Fan

2x - Heatsink

Other Parts:

1x - Huge TEC1-12730 253W Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler

1x - Aluminum Block

1x - 10a DPDT Switch

2x - Veriable Speed Controller

8x - Styrene Sheets 1.0mm Thick

8x - Foam Sheets

Step 2: Glue Styrene and Foam Sheet

YOU NEED TO MAKE 2ND ONE

Glue Styrene and Foam Sheet together cut the the excess foam

Step 3: Measure and Fold

Measure the Heatsink size and cut away the foam, then fold the Styrene sheet

Step 4: Glue Sheets to the Heatsink and Make Fan Box

Glue Sheets to the Heatsink and make Fan box

Glue the fan to the box and seal with Copper Tape

Step 5: Adding Peltier Cooler

Make space on the heatsink and 2-3 layer of copper tapes for the Positive and Negative wire

Solder the Peltier to the Copper Tapes

MAKE SURE YOU ADD THE ALUMINUM BLOCK ON THE PELTIER

Step 6: Control Box
