Sonic Darts

So, what is it that we think of survival as????
Zombie apocalypse? Survival from boredom? Or maybe just getting stranded on an island with nothing but your backpack?

Well whatever you think of survival here is what you need the sonic are the coolest things to play around with when you are bored, strong enough to get a zombie dead in minutes and even strong enough to hunt down any animal you see if you are stranded on an island.

Let's begin!!!!!

Step 1: What You'll Need

Everything you need for this project is probable in your toolbox already.


What you'll need is:

1. Some sticks or small metal rods
2. Scissors
3. Electrical tape
4. A few nails

And that's all!!

Step 2: Making the Body

To make the body hold a few sticks or rods together and stick them together with electrical tape the coat it three to four times more to make the body stronger.

Step 3: Adding the Fins for Balance

Wrap the electrical tape on one end leaving some space as shown above.
Then coat them with more electrical tape to strengthen them.
Now cut the fins to shape

Step 4: Adding the Tip

To add the tip all you need to do is hold the nail I front of the dart body and wrap it with electrical tape.

Step 5: Finishing Touches

Now that you are done all you need to do is add some more electrical tape to the front for balance and weight.

To throw hold it close to the tip and push it forward then release.

These darts are strong enough to penetrate deep into tree trunks and keep you busy for hours they can also easily kill small animals or birds just in case you are stranded on an island with nothing to eat.

I have made my own version using big barn spikes. Coffee can lids make great fins.

Never knew it would be so easy , always saw them in stores, and marveled at their makers aerodynamic precision but never occurred to me it that I could actually be a maker myself.

BTW the ones I made following this actually fly better than those from the store.
