Introduction: Souper Easy Vegetable

12 cups of water
1  397gr  bag coleslaw mix
2 398 gr cans of beets including liquid
1 398 gr can of wax beens drained
2 298 gr can of brown beans in tomato sauce
1 540 gr can of lentils drained
1 tablespoon of dill weed
2 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of vinegar

Step 1:

Place water, coleslaw mix, sugar and vinegar in big pot and bring to a boil

Step 2:

Add liquid from the two cans of beets.

Step 3:

Add dill weed and let boil on medium temperature for two hours.

Step 4:

Reduce heat to low. Add beets, lentils, wax beans and brown beans in tomato sauce.

Step 5:

Let simmer on low for 15 minutes and serve. You can also crush up some tortilla chips and mix in the soup right before serving for a slightly saltier tasting version.
