Introduction: Sourdough Crackers!! ONLY 4 INGRIDIENTS!

Hello! Here's a recipe on how to make Sourdough Crackers!

Supplies

For this recipe you will need:

500 grams Sourdough Starter
5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
5 teaspoons dried herbs

Step 1:

In a bowl add:

500 grams Sourdough Starter
5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
5 teaspoons dried herbs

And mix until everything is combined


Step 2:

Spread the mixture on a piece of parchment paper, then sprinkle 3/4 tsp salt on top. One mistake I did here is I made mine too thick which made the texture not so great, make sure yours is a thin and even layer.

Step 3:

Bake at 325 for around 10 minutes before taking them out to score into squares. Return to the oven for around 20-50 minutes until yours turn golden brown. Check on them often to make sure they don't over bake.

Step 4:

Your yummy crackers are now ready! Enjoy!
