Introduction: Spaghetti Alla Carbonara
This dish is the most typical from Italy, made of popular ingredients but with a strong taste.
The real Carbonara is made with pork cheek and pecorino cheese but you can replace them with bacon and parmigiano cheese.
Everyone knows this dish, but does everyone know how to cook it?
Here you can find the easy recipe for spaghetti alla Carbonara.
Step 1: Ingredients
For 2 big portions prepare the ingredients:
- 6/7 Slices of pork cheek (or bacon)
- 2 eggs
- Pecorino cheese (or parmigiano)
- Salt and black pepper
Step 2: Pork Cheek
Cut the pork cheek in smaller slices and fry them until they get nicely brown.
In the meanwhile cook the pasta.
Step 3: The Eggs
Crack the eggs in a small bowl and add nice amount of black pepper and mix.
Step 4: Finishing and Serving
Once the pasta is ready, add it to the pan with the meat. Add then the cheese and the eggs and mix well.
Serve and enjoy!
