Introduction: Spinach Patties

Spinach Patties

Step 1:

These wonderful little patties are full of flavor and can be served as a side dish, snack, or even main dish.

Step 2:

8 oz diced fresh baby spinach

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 tsp black pepper

2 eggs

1/2 cup diced red onion

2 cups whole grain bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Form into small flat patties. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 -30 minutes.

Cool and enjoy.
