This is really just reloading a spring loaded party popper but it really is great.

Step 1: Get the Party Popper Ready

Remve all of the packaging and launch the party popper, do it into a bin if you don't want a mess. Now wiggle the bottom back and forth to get it out.

Step 2: Reloading

Turn the party popper up the right way and the parts shown in the first photo should fall out. I'll call them 1, 2, 3 and 4 (from left to right). Put part 2 over part one and put these into part 3. Pus down part 3 so that a slit inside lines up with the bar at the top of part one. When the bar goes through the slit twist the bottom of part one, part 3 shouldn't go back up when released, still with me? Yes? Good.

Step 3: Put It Together and Fire

Put parts 1, 2 and 3 in part 4 but make sure that you put it in the end that you took it out from. Now put anything in the top and twist to launch. Fun snaps and film capsule make great ammo.
