Create a DIY picture board using a wood block panel and a shamrock themed image.

There are five different images that you can choose from.

But I decided on the floating shamrock leaves in green, gold and silver colours.

You can find the other patterns at https://miabellapassion.blogspot.com/2025/03/st-patricks-day-shamrock-art-frame.html

Just save and print from your computer onto plain white paper.

Or photographic paper if you prefer a brighter colour palette.

Supplies

The Shamrock Art Frame

You'll need:

A wood block panel - size 15 x 15cm (6 x 6 inch)

Gold acrylic paint

Paintbrush

The printed image of your choice

Pencil

Scissors

Mod podge glue

Step 1:

Place the panel onto the wrong side of the printed image.

Outline with pencil or thin marker pen.

Cut the shape.

Step 2:

Paint the outside edges of the box frame with gold acrylic paint.

Step 3:

Once the paint on the edges is dry, cover the front of the frame with glue.

Step 4:

Carefully align the cut image and press onto the front of the frame.

And that is it.

A lovely box board shamrock picture to add to your St Patrick's Day decor.

In our next blog post, we will create a gold beaded vase upcycling a tin and make a cute miniature pot of gold.

Then we will combine all our crafted elements to create a lovely St Patrick's Day Vignette for Mia Bella Passions decor.
