Introduction: Starbucks Banana Walnut Bread Copy
Tired of paying for for overpriced banana bread from Starbucks? Well now you can save more money by making your own banana bread! This wonderful banana bread recipe is similar to the taste of Starbucks' banana bread.
Once you bake this, the wonderful aroma of this goodie will fill the air.
Step 1: Ingredients
1/3 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
2 tablespoon milk
1 cup chopped walnuts
Step 2: Making the Batter
1) In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
2) Add eggs and vanilla extract and beat until fluffy.
3) in a separate bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix into butter mixture. Stir just to combine.
4) Add nuts
5) Pour batter into an 8x5 greased loaf pan.
Step 3: Bake
Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Step 4: Enjoy
cool bread on the pan, cut, serve, and enjoy.

How many eggs are called for? I don't see them in the ingredients list. Looks wonderful can't wait to try it!

yes I had SOOO much bananas so I had to double...or in this case, triple the recipe XD
