How to gauge temp of steak when u don't have thermometer...

Step 1: Touch Pointer Finger to Thumb

Press Palm (near where thumb connects to hand) this is what a rare steak feels like.

Step 2: Touch Middle Finger to Thumb

This is medium rare.

Step 3: Ring to Thumb

Medium

Step 4: Pinky to Thumb

This is medium well

Step 5: Well Done

There aren't enough fingers for this, but well done is pretty easy, just cook the heck out of it...
