Stitched Brim Hat

Crochet wool men's hat which has been felted and the brim hand slip stitched using a wool/tapestry needle.  Made using 100% recycled wool.

I made it using a design by Jerry Catt: http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/crochet-watchman-cap

The differences I made were to make the design bigger then felt it just using warm water, then sticking it in the tumble dryer until it is at the correct size and then left to dry on a towel. I also changed colours to make stripes and the stitched the brim up as I wanted to practice my sewing skills :)
