Intro: Stool

Hey guys, today we will be making another fun project using MDF wood and CNC machine.

Note : This project was made ( Jafar Alobaid ) in FABLAB Dhahran.

في هذا المشروع سوف نقوم بعمل كرسي صغير باستخدام آلة السي إن سي. سوف نقوم بتنفيذ هذا المشروع على خشب من نوع إم دي إف

STEP 1: Requirements

So to make this stool you will need the followings:

1- MDF wood ( 18mm thickness).

2-CNC machine.

3- Wood paint.

• خشب من نوع إم دي إف بسمك 18مم
• آلة السي إن سي
• صبغ للخشب

STEP 2: 2D Design

For the 2D design we used InkScape and then imported it to Vcarve to be able to process the file to be cut by the CNC.

All the designs and settings are attached with this step.

Note: we cut the parts using 18mm MDF wood.

STEP 3: Finishing the Product

After you finish all the cutting, it's time now to give your stool that final look.

I used red and black paint for the first one and black and white for the second one. I hope you like it :)
